Exposition:

2077, after the death of former president Ronald C Brass, a new(or familiar) face named Crusher Dream has filled the power vacuum.  As for Milo, he has been contacted by a mysterious character named Socks, who proposes the two join forces to take Crusher down and restore freedom in the US.
